• If your cat is treated for at least 10 of the 12 weeks using Azul and needs to extend treatment beyond the initial 84 days, meds for the extension will be 50% off of the FULL retail price, NOT the discounted price.

• If your cat experiences a relapse during the 12 weeks of observation, the meds will be 100% covered (free) for the 12-week relapse treatment.

• To qualify for the Azul relapse meds guarantee, once admins have approved your kitty for observation, completed bloodwork spreadsheet must be emailed to info@fipcathealth.com before stopping treatment for final approval.
